The Mirage LT fly reel embodies the adage that less can indeed be more. This reel retains all the engineering excellence and performance of its older sibling, but it's specifically designed to balance perfectly with lighter rods. The Mirage LT boasts a lighter version of the sealed, maintenance-free carbon and stainless steel disc drag system, which can be adjusted from zero to full drag in a single rotation of the drag knob. With no start-up inertia and exquisite low-end control, it efficiently mitigates line shock and protects light tippets while providing more stopping power than you'll ever need for trout, bass, pike, musky, or carp.

30% lighter and 30% narrower than its predecessor, the Mirage LT is crafted in New Hampshire by the same skilled American artisans that construct the Mirage. Despite its reduced size, the LT maintains enhanced retrieval rates and reduces line coil. It's manufactured from the same robust, yet lightweight, 6061 T6 aluminum barstock as the Mirage.

The ergonomically designed, machined aluminum handle enhances usability, while the quick-release spool can be easily converted from left- to right-hand retrieval. Further quality features include Type II anodizing and a titanium shaft for reduced weight and potent power transmission. The fully radiused reel foot avoids leader kinks, and the low-profile counterweight ensures fly lines and fingers won't get caught.
