Description

Sunlight playing on the water's surface. Then a breeze skims across the stream. Look down and see rippling shadows on the sandy bottom. It's mesmerizing and mysterious, and it's all right there in the wood grain of this fly box. Quarter Sawn Sycamore will do that. Spalted Maple makes up the sides and the hand-carved trout in the oval inset ("Rainbow Time") Inside: ripple foam on one side, flat foam on the other. Small brass cylinder hinges and inset magnet closure catch for cleanest of looks. Signed on back lid, upper left. Click on "Larger Photo" to see more views.
