Asked to create a new silk scarf featuring bobwhite quail, we thought it was time for some spring-time colors.  We often go to Georgia for the Plantation Wildlife Art Festival, and have learned a little bit about the habitat of these beloved quails, and also about the prevailing colors in springtime.  This is what we came up with -- brand new original drawings in every motif: quails in flight, Dogwood boughs, pink Azaleas, the Tiger Swallowtail butterfly, and, of course, the honey bee.  Hand-printed, hand painted.  Truly a work of art to wear.  36 inches square on 100% Haboti silk.  Hand-sewn-hem.
