Lovely warm Cherry wood comprises the top and bottom of this handsome box, with the sides done in Black Walnut.  Hand-carved Black Walnut "Rainbow Rise" trout is featured in the carved oval inset.   As always the wood is drawn from northern Michigan. Inside: ripple foam on one side, flat foam on the other.  Small brass cylinder hinges and inset magnet closure catch for cleanest of looks.  Signed on back lid, upper left.
4 1/2 " long, 3" wide, 1 1/4" thick.
