Well, this one's a bit hard to describe.  Words don't come easily.  A hand made wooden fly box speaks a thousand words, but softly.  Yet there's nothing timid about the high contrast striations in the grain on both the top and bottom of this box. It's our smaller box, but it carries a big punch.  Sorry for all the mixed metaphors.  Black Walnut sides and hand-carved trout "Rainbow Riot" in the carved oval inset.  Inside: ripple foam on one side, flat foam on the other.  Small brass cylinder hinges and inset magnet closure catch for cleanest of looks.  Signed on back lid, upper left. Approximately 4 1/2 " long, 3" wide, 1 1/4" thick
